SpotaVolt provides a marketplace that helps drivers find and book privately offered parking spaces and, where listed, EV charging. Hosts provide the parking space or charger. SpotaVolt provides the booking and payment platform.
Users must provide accurate account, booking and listing information. Hosts are responsible for keeping availability, pricing, parking instructions and charger details up to date.
Hosts must have the right to offer the space, provide safe and lawful access, and ensure any EV charger offered is suitable for use and maintained appropriately. Hosts must not publish an exact private address publicly; SpotaVolt reveals it to a driver only after confirmed payment.
Drivers must use the booked space only for the confirmed booking period, follow reasonable host instructions, avoid obstruction or damage, and use charging equipment responsibly.
Payments are processed through Stripe. The checkout total shown before payment is the amount charged. Where a platform fee applies, it is deducted from the host's booking proceeds before the host receives their share through Stripe.
Bookings may be eligible for automatic cancellation and refund under the Cancellation Policy shown in the app. Once the automatic refund window has closed, a refund is not guaranteed and may require support review.
SpotaVolt cannot guarantee that every listing or charger will always be accessible or operational. Users should contact support promptly if a space is inaccessible, materially different from the listing, or if a payment or booking issue occurs.
Accounts or listings may be restricted where there is suspected fraud, unsafe use, repeated non-compliance, chargeback abuse, unlawful activity or misuse of the platform.
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, SpotaVolt is not responsible for indirect losses or for matters caused by a driver's vehicle, a host's property, third-party services, or events outside SpotaVolt's reasonable control.
These terms may be updated as the service develops. Material changes should be communicated through the app or another appropriate channel.
SpotaVolt may process account details, email address, booking details, listing information, host payout status, payment references, support messages and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
Host exact addresses are treated as private listing information. They are not displayed in public search results and are revealed to the relevant driver only after payment is confirmed.
Card and payout services are handled by Stripe. SpotaVolt stores payment and checkout references needed to confirm bookings, refunds and host payouts, but the app should not store raw card numbers.
Information is used to create accounts, display listings, process bookings, verify payments, manage cancellations and refunds, support hosts and drivers, prevent abuse, and operate the service.
Information may be shared with service providers where needed to run SpotaVolt, including authentication, database, hosting, email and payment providers. Booking information is also shared between the relevant host and driver where necessary to fulfil the booking.
Information should be retained only for as long as needed for operational, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution purposes. SpotaVolt uses access controls and encrypted storage for sensitive listing information where supported by the system.
Depending on applicable data-protection law, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection concerning personal data. Requests can be sent through SpotaVolt support.
A driver may use the in-app cancellation option where available. If the booking is eligible, SpotaVolt requests a full refund through Stripe and marks the booking as cancelled.
Automatic cancellation and refund is not available through the app. The driver may contact SpotaVolt support if there are exceptional circumstances, but a refund is not guaranteed.
If the booked space is unavailable, inaccessible or materially different from the listing, the driver should contact support as soon as possible and provide relevant details. SpotaVolt may review the booking and payment history before deciding what action is appropriate.
Once a refund is successfully issued through Stripe, the time for funds to appear back on the payment method depends on the payment provider and bank.
SpotaVolt may pause automatic refunds or review an account where there are repeated disputed bookings, suspected abuse, duplicate refund claims or payment irregularities.
Include your SpotaVolt account email, booking date and time, listing area and a short description of what happened. Do not send card numbers, passwords or security codes.
